Lifetime Diamond Warranty
DeVons will replace any qualifying diamond purchased from DeVons lost from its mounting during normal wear as long as it is cleaned and checked every six months (at no charge) by a DeVons representative. (See actual Diamond Warranty in store for additional conditions and details.)
One Year Unconditional Warranty
If your diamonds, colored stone, or mounting is in need of any repair that is not the result of abuse, external damage, or modification by another jeweler, it will be done at no charge for one year from the date of purchase.
Trade-In Policy
Diamond jewelry including mounting – Full purchase price, less tax, as credit toward another piece of diamond jewelry at least double the value of the original purchase.
Loose Diamond only – Full purchase price, less tax, as credit toward another loose diamond at least 50% higher than the value of the original diamond.
