One area that they have set themselves apart is in the Lab-Grown Diamond arena. Few if any other jewelers are offering their customers any kind of warranty or the option to trade up on Lab-Grown Diamond purchases. DeVons Jewelers has always been a leader in innovation and it continues with how it handles a customer who has purchased a Lab-Grown diamond and later would like to trade it in for a larger diamond, whether it be Lab-Grown or Mined. At DeVons, they realize that other than its origin, there is no difference between a Lab-Grown Diamond and a traditional Mined Diamond. DeVons allows their customers the opportunity to purchase all diamonds, regardless of origin, with the ability to upgrade in size down the road. They give their customers full purchase price paid, less sales tax, towards the purchase of a larger and more expensive diamond. So, for example if you paid $4,000 for a diamond, and would like to buy a $10,000 diamond, all you would need to do is pay the difference! While some jewelers do allow for this when it relates to Mined Diamonds, DeVons is one of only a few jewelers who will offer this benefit for both Mined and Lab-Grown Diamonds.

Equally important is the option to buy a diamond with a life-time warranty. DeVons has once again allowed for the opportunity to purchase either a Mined diamond or Lab-Grown diamond with a life-time warranty. Customers are allowed the choice to purchase a diamond with or without a warranty depending on their needs; but DeVons, unlike other jewelers, does not differentiate how they treat a Mined Diamond or Lab-Grown Diamond.
